GRADING and REPORTING

A number of methods to measure the attainment of target of competencies of national standard is given and can be adopted accordingly. The grading for each subjects can be tracked down into the mastery of standard of competence and basic competence. The overall result of subjects can be used to justify the status of student to pass to next grade Evaluation based on Standard competency attainment

 

  1. Competency mastery report based on target of competence
  2. Marking is given for each basic competencies, then a number of competencies that formed one standard of competence are combined then the marking of one standard competence is gained. From composition of a number of standards competencies with a semester, the final mar of a subject is set.
  3. Users/teachers can adopt a different weight setting for quizzes, assignments and exams.
  4. The final mark of a subject is compared with the minimum passing standard accordingly.

Evaluation on Student Portfolio

  1. Student portfolio is generated and build in a timeline, it consist of
    1. award received by student
    2. training and workshop attended
    3. student masterpiece, in art or technology
    4. student involvement in social construction
    5. student enter the award/activities that he/she proud to have
    6. fellow students, teachers, head master, principal and professional can support student claim and providing a testament or recommendation or appreciation of his/her works
  2. Subject based Evaluation
    1. Conventional Evaluation based on marking or grade per subject can also be carried out in this module
    2. Teachers can make student marking/grading per subject that he/she teach. The marking scheme can be based on the result compilation of student exam, and assignment. Teachers set the weight of each factors and minimum passing grade.
    3. Class tutor grading system, class tutor can compile all the marks of a student and develop overall student performance in a year. The overall mark can be used for consideration whether a student has passed the current level or must reseat again.
  3. RAPORT and grade
    1. Academic Report can be generated by entering the information required as absent record, academic marking, student behavior etc.
    2. Marking on the report can be traced whether automatically generated from on-line test and assignment or entered by manual marking system.
